Thurston High School has currently had a pep rally or pep rally assembly and this took place on Thursday and Friday of February 5th and 6th. Now I know that sounds kinda weird "a pep rally on two different days" Yes! Thurston High school has a lot of students. And of course in February there is snow on the football field so we couldnt have it out in the home field. So the big problem of this "pep rally" was that we dont have enough bleachers to hold our student body in the gym so we had to spilt it up into two different days so everyone could be able to witness it. Alot of students felt that was unfair and was not going to enjoy there-self.
I attended the pep rally assembly Friday of February 6th and i felt it was very fun and i enjoyed myself. I think what the school came up with was very smart and fair. I felt there's nothing really to choose from because its Michigan and its snows in the winter. The only thing I think is that I felt it could have been longer. And in sections of freshman, spohmore, juniors, and seniors.
